We will not give your information to anyone, put you on any mailing list, or send you anything. We will save your creditor information for a few months and then may discard it. If you hire us, we will use your creditor information to prepare your bankruptcy papers. If you file bankruptcy, papers containing your creditor information and other information will be filed in court, where it will be public record available to anyone. By entering your creditor information or attending an appointment in our office, you are not committing yourself to file bankruptcy, to employ us, or to pay any money to us or to anyone.
